Gamedev: The Returning || Astrobase Command Weekly Update –– January 19th, 2018

Hi everybody!

We’ve been hard at work since the new year. We’ve been busy with lots of the general housekeeping that’s needed to keep a business on track, making Astrobase, of course, and we’ve also been whipping up a new look for our website. We intend to have it go live shortly.

Astrobase has also received some tender loving care since our last update. We think you’ll like what’s in store in our upcoming builds.

Hey guys!

This week I complied several months worth of notes on the all the text in the game, in order to do a major upgrade pass. Other things that might not have been mentioned are GUI upgrades, new datapad programs, and mapping Daniel’s animations that give visual feedback to a character’s emotional state.

After a little orientation from Adam (during which my brain did not melt, thanks, Adam!), I’ve been livening up Astrobase with some new sounds.

Hi Everybody!
It’s good to be back into getting stuff done after a nice restful holiday! I hope you guys have been well.
My focus so far this year has been split between the new upcoming secret super sweet graphics update that we keep talking about (don’t worry we won’t forget to tell you when it’s ready) and a major overhaul – a complete remake in fact – of the game’s webpage. This should give everyone a better experience when trying to find out about the game.
